Based on my experience as a corporate attorney and CEO of a subsidiary of a publicly traded company, there's absolutely no reason for him not to sign an NDA. I highly doubt he would have been privy to much information without signing one. LP and LG are both former attorneys (or law school graduates, at least). If he insisted on looking under the hood, I will put the NDA as a 99.9% likelihood. Anything else would be irresponsible for LP and LG as he could always deny the loan at any time before executing the documents, but after having been given a look.

And I highly doubt as an experience financier, he would do the loan without getting 'a look'.
