No court in the USA would or even could reverse the Judgment. I have never heard anything more preposterous.

Now you are hearing the reality

FRAUD ON THE COURT AND ABUSIVE
DISCOVERY

Generally, if a party wants to utilize the fraud-on-the-court doctrine as a remedy under the rules of civil procedure, it must prove, by clear and convinc-ing evidence, intentional fraudulent conduct specifically directed at the court itself.

Move than enough evidence has been provided here to prove the point.

Failing To Respond To Discovery Can Lead To A Dismissal Of Your Case With Prejudice.

... In sanctioning the Plaintiff, the trial court dismissed the Plaintiff's complaint with prejudice and entered a default judgment in favor of the Defendant on his counterclaims

Like not notifying the court and the defendant that Adelstein and Scivoletto had an on the side business relationship (partnership)even though Scivoletto was just as responsible for the preferred shares as Wathers.

The most damaging thing that can happen if someone lies on interrogatories is that they can be punished by the judge at trial. When the truth is discovered, the judge may impose a fine, assign additional litigation costs, or dismiss the case entirely if it was brought by the party who provided false information

Like testifying that Windsor defrauded Adelstein for voting in preferred voting shares (who didn't vote at all) but not naming Scivelotto who actually voted for the preferred shares that allegedly defrauded Adelstein

The preferred shares that Adelstein claimed was the reason he was defrauded.

It would be very interesting if Adelstein succeeds to reopen the law suit and the defense gets a chance to put Scivoletto on the stand.
