Nonsense. The probability is that Walther will plead poverty and the court will award Adelstein the Preferred shares ... just as the court awarded him all the shares of Supreme Energy, IFUS' one time subsidiary.

P.S. Shareholders would be far better off with Adelstein calling the shots.
