First of all, IFUS has no value. It is owes far more money than it is worth. If liquidated today, not one penny would be available to shareholders.

No one, except Walther, claimed that IFUS had $550,000.00 to pay him. Furthermore, he certainly took quick measures to protect the $550,000.00 owed to him by converting to preferred, so that the court couldn't take that money from him, because he knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that he will lose the case.

I'm just saying that IFUS should make some plans should the court case results in Adelstein owning the majority of Preferred shares.
