$CUBV is in a primed position to do well. We have one more Barrier to closing the deal. Sometimes when things are this big they take a little bit extra time to ensure both parties are ok and happy with the deal.

This extra time requires a bit more patience so we will continue to exercise it. in 2022 things can be very different for CUBV
