Historically speaking ,from those of us who have 20 years experience in the space, we should see NDAA funding start to shake out mid to late Jan. Once funding is obligated it can then roll into the execution phase. If contracts are tee'd up for GRPS like they said, we should see vendor selection and ink around that time.
