RGBP Investor: "But look at the volume! History shows high volume and I could have bought low and sold out at the top"

Broker: "Sir, first, the volume of a stock has nothing to do with its value, and second, you didn't buy and sell at those prices. The statement with your losses is correct"

RGBP Investor: "I'll sue you! You are probably working with market makers to manipulate RGBP! Did you hear me? VOLUME SPEAKS VOLUMES!"

Broker: "Good bye sir" (hangs up phone)
