There was no reason to reveal his relationship to Scivoletto as it was never called into question ... and to characterize it as a partnership at that point is absurdly ridiculous. It is all a moot point anyway. If that had any bearing on the issue Walther's attorneys should have had it entered into evidence. They didn't do so because it was irrelevant. BTW, Why not ask Walther how many attorneys he stiffed and, therefore, sought court permission to withdraw because of non-payment.

Walther will stiff anyone & everyone, given the chance.
