So GM spends all this time getting current fighting GS to not merger right... company hasn't sold any shares to fund anything GS has 0 shares he only wins if we CUBV wins and gets a good merger candidate other wise the years of his time and money and energy are wasted... maybe that'd be true if this was a PND but it isn't
