So if they want to take another 12 months its ok. 18 months? maybe just round up to a full 2 years?

Insider warrants that have been continuously extended (which is pure BS) should be forfeited. Expiration dates have proven to be meaningless. If they had to manage to a true expiration date then we would 100% have TLD in our hands so they could exercise.
