As a shareholder of Silver Wheaton some time back my stock was transferred quite legally to be administered by the newly named in the markets Wheaton Precious Metals.

Silver Wheaton did not disappear from the markets due to the Pascua Lama fraud.
The name change in large part was the result of a new venue for Silver Wheaton to be involved in the mining royalties of other monetary metals such as Gold, Platinum and more recently Cobalt in the Battery mania taking over the planet.
The company historical remain intact from any legal carry over in the name change.

Now whether the BCSC had anything to do with structuring the Silver Wheaton Barrick deal under the Pascua Lama Injunction contravention remains to be brought to a court near you!
