There is no question that the Asher group heavily naked shorted shares in DMBB BACK IN 2017. They were expecting the company to go bankrupt. But did they cover or remove the trade before the company was sent to the expert market. Since the Asher Group went bankrupt instead, if that trade exists, the brokerage is responsible for the shares. Is it possible the OTC market will never let DBMM trade in the U.S. for retail traders due to the illegal naked short position. Should the SEC and OTC markets just revoke the shares and end this scenario. Since the SEC mission statement is worthless, why did they not revoke the shares when they had the chance in court. They could not convince the judge. So the SEC and OTC markets can just do nothing and let this scenario never play out. Would DBMM management have a right for litigation for a final decision. All the OTC Market has to do is overturn the judge's decision and revoke shares. Why is that scenario not happening as some on this board have stated. Someone is being protected here and it is not the shareholders. I understand everything you have said and it makes sense, but in my opinion there is more here than anyone knows. Someone is being protected. Just my guess or opinion.
