We have multiple items with PPS rising...

-Long drag from initial filing for pink current (Months)
-Loss of Momentum
-Loss of Market Makers
-Pink current on Friday which is typically a low trading day for this stock
-General market struggles due to new Variant of Virus
-Lack of news or updates from company

and I agree we need rumored merger news to be released for this stock to break and hold above a penny.
