He could announce a reverse split and at the same time Announce an Uplist to Nasdaq or NYSE while also lowering the AS to 1 Billion shares as the new AS attracting institutional buyers once all conversions are paid off and their is a clear path to revenue potential.

The new share count would then allow Koos to raise funds for a multitude of options.
