... with what's at the bottom of that well.

If they want the Faithful to participate, then put the rights offering at a price that says what they expect a capital investor would give after reviewing Zion's most current data.

Much higher then what it's trading at now.

Unless, of course, there is nothing at the bottom of that well, than a rights offering at these levels will do just as good as any because it will be all over for Zion as an investment.
