SCAMydx has never made or intented to make a real product. Yazbeck's only intent was to scam gullibles.

Looks like he got too deep in his ego too. As the former CMO is suing SCAMydx and Yazbeck in civil court. Case headed to trail in Q1'22.

No way Yazbeck goes into that trial with SCAMydx having an active ticker. SCAMydx ticker will be fully revoked and delisted prior to the trail.

The only delay in revocation occurring before the end of 2021 is the pandemic impacts extending SEC administrative processing times.
