The previous 15 years of the same shenanigans didnt make a light bulb go on? I guess one had to be there to believe it, it was quite unbelievable.

But being one who has been here since before the start, before the first failed RM, the next failure and so on, there is only one common denominator. And whether anyone wants to acknowledge that fact or not its my belief that this company could have been something long ago had that one thing been dealt with 'somewhere' along the way.

That type of ignorance, ego, and never taking the blame where it belonged has no place in business. The rest of the world will crush you for being like that, and so it has. JMO
