WRONG, that's not how that works.

If what you claim is to be taken
at face value the PPS would have
to decrease 10% per day off an
set PPS.

And you know this to be true, the
PPS is fluctuating from .0044 to
.0033 but lately it's been between
.0038 to .0033.

If we were to be down 10% everyday
that would look like:

.0038 - 10% = .0034 correct

then down another 10% takes us to
.003 ETC.

That's deff not the case.
