The first question is what percentage of the stock did they agree to acquire ?

If CC didn’t care about his stake in the company as well as his share holders investment,he could have increased the share structure and diluted everyone’s position . Including his own

Why do you think CC is doing everything he can to get Non compliant Bulgarians 77 million shares back to the company. It may also be possible that they have been working to move some Harry Z trust shares back into the open market knowing the MM’s will get them to our new partner.

There is obviously a NDA in place. Which is why CC can not release the audited fins.
I believe all beneficiary share holders with a position greater than 5% have to be identified a long with their holdings .
Hence the violation of the NDA.
