Why are you correlating MM dumping shares with the company selling shares? What is your proof, other than an assumption?

MMs short OTCBB stocks for their own purposes to generate profits. Their efforts to drive the price lower in spite of positive news frustrates shareholders but it doesn't prove the company is dumping shares.
