You make a lot of good points, many things of which I've pondered as well. I've followed this from the beginning, do I think it was a 'scam'.....No....with that said, do I think it was sketchy AF.....absolutely, but I just chalked that up to Grants way of doing business and hoped he had learned from the mistakes of Hemp Agro.

Grant has a good vision... but his execution of that vision and business dealings, seem to walk a very fine line between legitimacy and scam IMO.

Ultimately, I don't believe it was a scam though, WAY too much time, money and effort went into this merger and scams don't typically hire very reputable law firms in the US and Canada, like Crone and Gowling to complete said merger.

Additionally, not nearly enough shares were sold during the promotional period, especially considering that the insiders who controlled the free trading, likely bought those shares from the 'poor Indian' people for dirt cheap and there were a lot of shares held @ DTC that could have been sold in to the promo. They could have sold TONS of shares the $1 - $5 range and still made a massive profit and there would have been far more volume. It didn't look like a typical p&d, those tend to go through phases and trade similarly. It looks like the promo kicked off around 10/22 or 10/25 and the price was still $20+ well into it on 11/23, that's rare.

A far as what happened, I can only speculate. I think there was almost a desperate attempt to prove to people that Instadose was a big player in the space. The record setting load shipment could have possible done it, however, after that was seized, someone perhaps had the misguided notion that artificially increasing the share price and market cap would accomplish this, as well as generating a buzz and getting more eyes on the company ahead of the merger.

Maybe I'm wrong and it was indeed all a 'scam'.... and if thats the case.... so be it, but I'll let the SEC sort that out and make that determination, that's not for anyone on a message board to decide IMO.
