Yes, I 100% think it was a scam (or at the very least, a way to enrich Grant to the detriment of any investors) from the start. I doubt they thought it would end this early. They obviously thought they could get away with this for much longer given the fact that they were bold enough to press on after grant was charged by the OSC.

Good work regarding your math on the possible gains from the Pink Sheets trading, but don't forget that they also raised approximately $9.4M CAD when from the private Canadian entity.

You are right that it's not a lot of money for the number of people involved here. But look who they are: nobodies. Where else are these clowns going to make this kind of money in an honest manner? No where.
