dont know if your message was for me. but i never said the macedonia facility was a scam. In fact, i said it was probably worth 5-7 million. its the rest of the stuff that got them into trouble. promoting deal before closing. zero financial disclosure. insane valuation. issuing press releases before deal closes without filing an 8k. and if deal wasnt closed, those press releases never should have been released in INSD. They should have been released on the private companies website. so many things were done wrong that was a complete slap in the face to regulators
