My thoughts on Management
I did not comment in the past on what I thought of management as the share price ran to 34.00.

The reason being is I felt that none of that increase had anything to do with their actions.

The price run was simply market rumor 4 suitors, the main one being BMY.
Since they had come out and stated they were presenting an offer. (Though if I remember correctly BMY stated they were looking at a takeover.)
Takeover could be different things...
A buyout
A hostile takeover, which if so, would justify the new shelf, allowing the company to gain over 50% control under all circumstances.
That was oct 22. so just over 5 weeks and right now we are sitting at the same share price we were then.

Had we seen a buyout I would have split the praise between management and the new partner.

I would at this point bet there is no buyout coming from BMY.
I would also spec-o-late that there will not be a B/O any time between now and through the end of 2022.

All that I see on the outside points to GIA which I personally believe is a dangerous play for a new company with a new drug.
The companies that are able to capitalize on new drugs are the ones who already have a sales force in the doctors face and can get in front of those who would be the buyers.

I believe greed is playing its ugly hand with management and their previous comments about shareholder value and getting the drug to as many as possible who need it now was a nice talking point but has been shelved.

I look art this from the point of view as a person who started and ran my own company from nothing and zero funding from any shareholders.
I have a degree in Business Management and Marketing.

So I leave it with the fact that in 1 month we have risen, only to lose 50% value and management says nothing.
If something was happening leaks would sneak out, funds would be buying allowing a stable share price.

Any stock that loses half of its value should be a concern to anyone who has put his/her money on the line.

And YES Shareholders deserve better treatment from management, It is OUR company and we have a right to know and management has an obligation to inform shareholders.

I stick with my 15.00 share price by Christmas, probably lower.

And to those of you who post every time you pick up more cheap shares, well today they are much cheaper than what you paid last week.
And you should keep it to yourself, there are those waiting in the background, always waiting to prey on those with a future large windfall.

And as much as I hate to say it so far BR is the only winner here. I wish I was will to sell at 30.00, If I had 5 minutes later there would have been a 80.00 BO
