Here's the questions I had.


After Tony's last appearance on Twitter these were my questions and I believe they are still valid


• Has there been any movement on the LOI with PPG/EF or has that been over taken by events?
• Can you explain the proof of concept status and what is NPI testing in the Fort Worth warehouse.
• What is the status of the majority ownership of NPI and exactly what will this mean to PMPG
• Are there any plans for a PMPG name change
• Private Placement update
• You recently met with Miami officials and a couple days later Ford announces autonomous vehicle plan in Miami, is there any connection or pure coincidence?
• You have met with other cities, can you elaborate on how those meetings went.
• Do you still feel that the NPI/SRT patents are the only ones for this application that exist.
• When do you think we will see the first live application
• There are numerous Smart City gatherings/conventions, do you see PMPG participating
• Any plans for advertising or placing articles in any of the Smart City web sites/publications
• Has there been any changes to the officers and administration as the web site has not been updated in a while.
• Are there any Identity of Interest among the officers
• Does Terrance Berry have on-going role in the company
• Do you have a feel for how many patent infringements may exist and have you now formulated a plan to address them
• The OTC share structure has not been updated since the 78m were returned to the treasury, why?
