1) Obviously LWLG checked all the boxes for listing on NASDAQ. There are no boxes requiring that the company have a disruptive and ubiquitous technology, nor customers, nor revenues, nor sales contracts, nor partnerships/research partnerships, nor even a coherent business plan. I could go on but I hope you are not suggesting that merely moving to NASDAQ guarantees success.
2) History is replete with companies, public and private, that developed potential game changing technology in the lab but never became a success because the lab tolerances could never be modified enough to make it a profitable, mass produced manufacturing technology on the factory floor.
