I am not forgetting anything. The “tacking” is the tacking of the HOLDING period of the Pref B. They didn’t start “holding” until they were issued the stock on Feb 26, 2021.

What you reference does not apply to a reverse merger. It applies to a predecessor entity under a re-organization in which the holders HELD the stock of the predecessor entity and want that holding period to tack onto the successor in said re-organization.

That is not the case here. It was an acquisition.

The Rule 144 holding period is not met until Feb 26, 2021 for holders of the Humbl LLC membership interests they sold for TSNP stock.
