If the ceo of a publicly traded company was conspiring with outside forces beyond his own official company insiders to manipulate and hold down a stock or be complicit in bringing its price down, that would 100% be securities fraud and a criminal act.

So now I have to ask again.

Why would ANY investor, that fully believed this was going on and perpetrated by the companies own ceo, continue to own shares in said company? A company this investor actually believed had a criminal ceo who was orchestrating the dropping share price for unknown entities behind the scenes in an elaborate securities fraud scenario for more than half a year.

What investor out there who truly believed that would remain an investor and keep their money tied up in the hands of a criminal?!
