My guess is that there is a situation going oin perhaps another company or stock tied in some ways to ours. Sometimes their success may need to come first to promulgate our happiness. I have No Doubt USEI will be much higher Sometime .. Unfortunately patience for such things is diffuclt when there is no exact timframe.
