Well, if TLD was coming out in the next 2 months, they wouldn't have done a loan with these terms. I don't know when it is coming, but it isn't imminent. That is my point.

You’d think they’d want revenue sources set up and running lonnnng before the payments start coming due.

You realize this isn't the first convertible debt financing they've done, right? Further, everyone should understand that they most likely haven't started on the BLA, much less begun thinking about commercialization. They haven't spent enough money this year to have done much, if anything, on the BLA. Not to mention the lack of any disclosure supporting the fact that they are working on the BLA. The point being that they are still years away from commercialization.
