Yes, but you forget to determine even in your explanation that splits must be determined not only by ratio but type….A reversed split 12:1 means for every 12 you own you get 1 share after the split. Thus increasing the pps…

The other is 1:12 forward split, for every 1 share you get 12 thus bring the pps down…..
