I'm not sure they have to disclose the name of the co, if they do I can't find it anywhere. BUT, they surely have to disclose other info such as cost and how it was, or will be paid for.

Let me ask you, do you feel they ever annpunced the deal has closed ?

These Tweets are a bit sketchy....IR is very hard to pin down.

imo they better get their act together soon and quit playing games, they surely don't want to lose " Current " over a disclosure violation.
