I don't think it was Dr. Liau. And I read through the comments I couldn't help but question them as it sounded all to familiar.

I suspect I could have posted and identified myself as an FDA Commissioner - there is no authenticity attached to the "name" on the submission.

Also, if you google parts of the submission, you'll probably find it was all cut and pasted. This is from Q&A with Bill Malloy:
