Unfortunately I don't think ZN can move up substantially in price until we get clarification news of new lease and/or extension. I think a battle is taking place within the oil ministry. Dec 2 & 3 will be days to watch.

As of Friday, short volume is up on slightly higher highs but looks to be range bound with high short interest:
