Are you referring to the Vertex article? They are on the NASDAQ and are not a penny stock.

If there is coverage of DCVax, it will likely only vaguely reference NWBO and stay focused on UCLA, and researchers, I am guessing. Probably the focus would be the story in the journal article. At least that is how it has been in the past for penny stocks with breakthroughs. Media policies against promoting penny stocks are ridiculous but can be a real hurdle. What that means is that many persons who might otherwise be triggered by a company’s name to seek it out immediately, might not understand there is a public company behind the breakthrough. Of course some will look it up, and discovering some of those might brave the OTC, if their broker allows them to do so.

It can certainly still be huge, just pointing out the hurdles for penny stocks with such breakthroughs.
