Yup, This is correct but shareholders are utilizing hope as a business plans

NEWs listed is all HOPE until it’s signed and confirmed.

I m sure the SEC will come a knocking when they see posts indicating they own property and are producing cattle feed when the deal hasn’t even closed!

Sounds like a lot of hope and hype or maybe, the beginning of a pump
