TRICKY SITUATION

i have long wondered how an announcement of a commercial oil discovery would be handled.
Israeli security will want to downplay the find to prevent an Ezekial event temptation. but the management at ZNOG will have a fiduciary responsibility to give estimates of the find as accurately as possible or face added legal issues.
if they intentionally understate the find shareholders are denied full market value.
there are international agreements between Israel and USA to ensure truthful info in investment matters.

so I don't see that ZNOG will have any choice but to report a major find when appropriate and Israeli security will need to respond properly.
