There can be many explanations for Wednesday's naked shorting, I am thinking.

WITHOUT THE TRANSACTION, MM'S, LOG OF WHO SOLD WHO BOUGHT WE ARE ONLY CONJECTURING. An accounting of the serial numbers of the stocks, in question, would have to be forensically "tracked".

It appears the outstanding shares did increase by a couple hundred million. Was this company dilution? Noteholder dilution? Were salaries paid with stock and then dumped hard?

Could this just be a disgruntled 45 million shareholder extracting revenge. Timing is too coincidental. A large shareholder, willing to let go at $.0011's will have a ton of takers. The MM'S could have sold to them and waited for the trans to clear.
