FIFE and crew often "bust the PIPE" and it's lawyers mitigate heat from the SEC most of the time they win, sometime they get a slap on the wrist.

The main point $CYDY "investors" need to understand is they are paying inflated market prices, often well more than the toxic lenders paid for their shares when warrants are included.
