Explain how that last line is possible. What SEC rule would this be true? Laymen terms are OK.

Are you saying that CYDY is selling REGISTERED common shares in Private Placements???

How does an investor in a CYDY Private Placement sell those shares quickly?

The only way would be IF the shares were registered.

Lets define quickly as a few days to a week.

Explain what I do not believe is possible, UNLESS REGISTERED. Meaning the shares would not be restricted!!!!!
