CEO's salary is a mirky subject & none of you (except Mr."JMD"?) know him as well as I do (& I lived in his several houses), besides there're many ways to get $Money frm your/own company besides fornal salary - even as he went postal.... err a public co/reporting to Investors as his "collective boss" Tobe fair, Fawad has always been modest, despite deserving way way more than he got after turmoil of OptoElectronics/Telecom matket contraction of year 1999-2001 (remember that ?), also Islam teaches rules/modesty/decency, as a person he's one of the best we've known, his own daddy whom i knew too lost a house in Florida, etc, etc overall he suffered alot, but anyways, Iam not hereto discuss personality, I just say COMPANY/BUSINESS has made lots of empty unsubstatiuatdd/"hotair balloon" claims, BTW Fawad while not riding a White Horse of deserved success, financially is still not bad & got presumably MUCH better after Your Investor's money poured into his artistic 22-year long promises of yet elusive glorious success to overshadow thd giants of HighFrequency (RFMWmmW) Electronics & Optics industry. I saw a Business Plan it printed in 2004 - eternity ago (!) fed into gullible non.technical investors where it promised same rates of "hyper-growth" as it does now 2021 hehe.... last time he drove me in a new Mercedes SUV, well... after almost 20 ywars of cra**y Mitsubishi that hax even climate control broken & his bro (Mick) drove literally "coffin on wheels" until he too got a Metcedes, albeit used one.
This isn't a tremendously glory company despite impression one would gather frm periodic PR's
ANYWAYs, none of our business & i guess conclusion is - you can play this stock as Short.Term/Daily RoundTrips/"Game" type of a stock & maybe win, better than chances in Lottery. I did & would Trade it, BUT wouldnot sit on it as a long & term Investment. There's a difference between Trading vs Investing. I traded Marijuana stocks (game), but invested in BioTech firms (serious)
P.S After seeing several people he hired & whose immaturity p*****d me off daily there & utter lack of modern tools & mentality stuck in 1999, reading Thundering Glorious PR's just makes us experts smirk... if not cringe. "SpaceX, 6G (already SIX G in y2019, not Five G, LOL !) , "be in every 5G celltower (& nuclear warheads ?), Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Patents, patents, & more patents promises year after year yet no real patents ever... & i happen to know how USPTO (US Federal Patents & Trademarks Office, in Virginia) works - his stuff cannot be patented as it lacks "New Art"after decades of selling said LNAmps & pioneered elsewhere), no to mention we make equally low NoiseFigure amps in California yet WITHOUT his awful hortible input VSWR Reflection thus awful Distortion of signal at front-end at Ku & above frequency bands
Speaking of Patents being a repetitive lie, it is UNLIKE My Maryland & California boss's who DO (in REALITY, not on paper claims) HAVE MULTIPLE PATENTs (& Documents from USPTO & Europe & Asia) hanging right on office walls, my boss in fact invented a novel type BiDirectional Weather-proof amplifier which was subsequently sold to CableTV co's nationwide in huge bulk quanties, there might be one in your system if you use CableTV, after my boss quit his old employer in order to start own co (which hired me) his old employer went bankrupt.... which tells you my Maryland boss had key Technical (& business) skills that former co couldn't survive without. BTW, it was a strange day when we drove in his Van to collect equipment/PCBoards materials his old employer dumped as they were closing building, he had excellent relationship w/former co anyway, as we stopped & he talked to his former coworkers, nicely but... they were closing & we were growing in Rockville MD...
He has a burden of 5 children & some if not all require expensive College tuitions (literally a $Million+), albeit a few started working, he came w/zero English & a country whose language is fundamentally different from any European incl Englush language - stress wss huge, he was robbed soon after arrival in NewYork in 1980s, there was a break-in house where a dozen 20-some years olds like him rented from Chinese landlord, in America he initially worked at restaurant at minimal wage despute being a degreed engineer - just dueto language bartier & urgent need to fund 2nd University degree (MSEE) & pay rent in nations 3d most expensive city, etc, etc - STRESS was as difficult as Fawad's, he doesn't smile/cheer much... he worked 24/7
But he did "his thing"/i.e. success in the end - & w/o bogus PR's or Publicly traded stock of claims of buzzwords like Quantum Computing
Speaking of which... Quantum companies ar interested in LNAmps from companies like "LowNoise Factory" of Sweden, "Quantum Microwaves" of Massschue(??) USA, & such - NOT much AmpliTech !!
