Bull. The share amount is dependent on the SP. The conversion rate is clearly spelled out in the filings. And you dont trade these types of shares, you hold for the term then either sell or the company buys back. Well they have no money to buy back so they somehow convinced them to hold for the 'big things coming' which has never materialised in the 5 years theyve been overdue. The people who get into these types of investments dont want to hold and get nothing. They want their money back at the end of the term which was 5 years ago. These shares are hanging by a thread.

The only good thing is the higher this goes the fewer shares will hit the marker. But that also works the other way if the SP goes down.

That is no nonsense, just clearly understanding whats in the filings.
