In our view, a raise at this juncture could allow AUPH to secure its own destiny until the right suitor (with the right terms) materializes.

That sentence pretty much summerizes the current status of the company.

Just a comment on the new arrivals (who think we suffer from "confirmation bias"): the folks on this board who've been here for years are currently in the 400 percent (or better) gain category (at the current price!!!!). I would say that's "confirmation" but without "bias"! (LOL!)
