Don’t forget the part where the “stated value” of each Series E share is $1200…even though the purchaser is only paying $1000 a share (and part of that goes to the broker). That’s how the common shares are priced at only 29 cents.

And what you posted shows that the purchaser is smart. Make SHMP lock up enough shares so that the purchaser doesn’t get caught short if/when SHMP runs out of authorized shares.
