Everything comes out in the wash. Just like the name of the individual that registered a frivolous complaint against Instadose to the SEC.
This is a standard procedure that the SEC implements when there is a complaint. They are maxing out the allowable investigation period exclusively due to the fact that not a single staff member is working within the office. All work at the SEC is being done remotely, and as I’m sure everyone knows, the comforts of home can be quite distracting hence the extended period of the suspension.
