Public company personnel abuse the shareholders regularly. Take cash and pay your taxes and buy on the open market. Use your own money and buy at a discount. This issuing shares for personnel is what give the GREEDY their name!

For those who actually believe there are institutions buying enmass (hahaha), how do you think they feel?
