Settlement of 880k was most likely already paid off since it was reaching in the beginning of August (4 months ago)..... it would only take 1 billion shares at an average price of .0009 to pay it off. I would say that is likely the case

Looking at the history I see a bunch of 600 M to 800 M share days alone.
