They got sued for over $1,000,000 so they have to issue stock in order to pay the judgment. It's all black and white from what I just posted to you.

A reverse split of 1:1000 mathematically enables the share price to be increased by a factor of 1,000 ( which it actually will never trade at because post reverse split OTC stocks go down 50% to 70% within a few days of the split). The AS will remain the same as it is now and there will be adequate enough share issuances to the plaintiff to service this judgement.
