I do not think the company is standing in its way, I think it is and has been the regulatory reform process and in fact the regulators and they are all doing their best. But it is complicated.

I do not buy the notion that the delay was due to “incompetence”, and nothing I see suggests technical incompetence. I think this team is about as competent as you can get to bring this particular type of treatment to market.

But yes, all the rest of what you said, I would love to see it all stacked and ready go once they have the go ahead.
