that's an accurate observation. there been 2-3 exceptions everybody knows about but everything else is a dilution machine as none of these companies have substantial income to operate on broad scale no matter what progress is claimed otherwise. phil is an exception due to possible ADE formation and operates solely on CEO's connections in Vietnam and Lux banks proprietary engagement in untouched segment of specific interests of Vietnam on its own territory and a proximity to the Belgian diamond exchange. One more dilution infraction and the stock will be done as well. It serves as a partial vehicle of big money trying to share the costs without a particular need to do so. r/s will occur and people claiming it may rich 10c with 28 bil shares someday need to find another area of reference in reality.
